PURVEYORS OF HAPPINESS. WE CLEAN AND ORGANIZE BAY AREA SPACES, CREATING CLUTTER-FREE CALM WHERE THERE ONCE WAS CHAOS!

Clutterboy brings simple order to your clutter chaos

Vanish it.

First, magically, I make most of your stuff disappear - re-purpose, re-home, recycle or remove [to the dump!]. All the “things” you don’t want/need/like [even that “tasteful” vase from your ex-mother-in-law] will quickly [and efficiently] go “bye, bye.”

Build it.

Second, we will work together to create a system that's right for you - and your personal style of living and collecting. This isn’t about leaving you with nothing, it’s about leaving you with the things that matter to you [I am a pack rat. I understand].

Teach it.

Finally, I can show you how to stay ahead of tomorrow's clutter and actually feel like you're in control of it [instead of having it control you]. This isn’t about “sparking” anything - it’s about being realistic, compassionate and clutter-free.

We do it all [with you!]

I have a great combination of experience - improvising, noodling, and brainstorming with you - all the while being very frugal and creative with our solutions. Whatever it takes to help you to be more comfortable in your space again, we partner with you to get it done. Incidentally, my experience as a junker and a sometime purveyor of antiques enables me to separate your treasures from your trash. As a bonus, I also have all kinds of tricks to make you some money for the stuff. We even found a home for an item in a museum! After all, as the saying goes - “One man’s trash is another man’s treasure.”

Who is Clutterboy?

My name is Tom Anderson. I live in the South Bay Area, about 30 miles from San Francisco. Before I found my calling as Clutterboy, I enjoyed a diversified career - I performed with a globally-recognized improv comedy troupe from coast-to-coast and overseas. I was a featured actor on Murphy Brown. I worked construction in Seattle. I’ve been a technical writer for high tech companies in Silicon Valley and I’m told my spacial-relations skills are unparalleled. I’ve even been a beach bum. But I've never been far from what I love: playing with old stuff, usually in garages. Buying, selling, arranging and, every once in awhile, dusting. By cleaning and organizing for other people, I can help them enjoy their own stuff again, no matter how they define the word “treasure.” Plus what I do looks like magic to my customers, makes them happy, which makes me happy … and then they pay me. Win-win-win for all of us [except for the dust bunnies in the dark corners of your garage].
